About the Role:
As our primary Cook, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Vietnamese dishes, including pho, appetizers, and entrees. This is a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Vietnamese dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure the quality and consistency of all food items.
Maintain a clean and organized work station.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Asian cuisine, with a strong preference for Vietnamese cooking experience.
Solid understanding of culinary techniques and practices.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
