Plant Maintenance Technician:
Direct Hire Not a contract

Summary
The Maintenance Technician works in a team environment on various machines, work centers, and production lines based on training, skills, and experience. The Maintenance Technician is supported by a crew of co-workers engaged in the production process and will ensure the smooth coordination of the team effort in reaching objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Maintain and repair a variety of machines and systems used in the production of corrugated paper boxes.
Maintain a clean and organized work center that meets company 5S standards.
Performs other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications
3 to 7 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of one or more of the following types of machines or similar is highly desired but not required.
o Folder-Gluer
o Platen Diecutter
o Flexo Folder-Gluer
o Rotary Die cutter
Highest level of detail, organization, and accuracy skills
Must be disciplined, flexible, results-oriented and decisive with a “can do” attitude
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
Electrical troubleshooting of 3-phase motors and controls.
Experience and knowledge working with PLCs is highly desired.
Understanding of and experience with basic pneumatics and hydraulics.
Millwright mechanical and fabrication skills.
Must be able to read and interpret documents: Operating Manual, Safety Guidelines, Procedure Manuals.
Must have basic personal computer skills
Education
High school Diploma or GED.
Pay: $28.00/hr to $35.00hr Depending on Experience and Skills
Shift: Monday - Friday Swing shift 2-11 pm (with flexibility)
