As a Security Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment by observing and reporting any suspicious activities and incidents on the property. Your primary duty will be to observe and report incidents such as loitering, vandalism, trespassing, and panhandling to the appropriate authorities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, its occupants, and assets.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Monitor the property to identify any suspicious activities or individuals.
Observe and report any incidents of loitering, vandalism, trespassing, or panhandling.
Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
Ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
Communicate effectively with the property management and authorities regarding any incidents that require their attention.
Respond to emergencies and aid as needed.
Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents and activities.
Position Requirements:
Requirements:
· High School Diploma (Required)
· Valid Private Security Provider License (Armed or Unarmed DPSST)
· Strong sense of situational awareness
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
· Ability to work independently.
· Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
· Availability to work flexible weekends.
· Valid Driver’s License (for some locations)
· Active Armed endorsement on License for Armed Security Professional Qualification
Physical Demands:
· Standing and walking for extended periods of time
· Climb stairs and ladders.
· Lift up to 50 pounds
· Operate security equipment such as radios and surveillance cameras.
· Operation and Carrying of defensive equipment such as Body Armor, Taser, OC Spray, Firearms
