Job Summary:As a member of the Clear Channel Airports team, the Business Operations Coordinator supports the execution of strategic initiatives that sustain and improve business operations and revenue generation. This position ensures good adoption of new processes and systems both proactively and in response to requests for support. This Coordinator position is responsible for supporting development, testing functionality, and documenting systems and processes related to media inventory and display specifications, campaign coordination, and POP (digital and print), and related systems. The position will report to ACS Business Services Manager and supports functional managers on specific projects and day-to-day activities, as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

Supports ACS Business Services Manager and VP, Ad Operations by facilitating efficient use of system resources across related departments.

Collaborate with multiple departments on business system functionality and enhancements.

Enter and maintain display specifications ensuring data flows accurately to supporting systems.

Performs ACS production rate audits for accurate print production pricing and ensure ACS pricing grids are up to date.

Provide projects and properties guidance to enable correct in-field artwork specifications are relayed and available to sales and marketing.

Monitor adherence to standard processes and systems usage.

Maintain up-to-date training materials, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Create training materials for new processes and systems

Update training materials based on process and systems changes

Provide user support as needed

Provide excellent internal customer service in response to support requests

Regularly review quality control of data

Performs all other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications:Education and Experience

4-year college degree, BA/BS or equivalent preferred or a combination of relevant work and educational, military experience.

1+ years of relevant experience, preferably providing multiple department supportSkills

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with Creative Suite programs a plus.

Experience supporting or collaborating with multiple teams.Competencies
