Elwyn is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for our Adult Behavioral Health Services team to perform full lifecycle recruiting, maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and vendors, and anticipate short and long-term talent acquisition needs. Coordinate recruitment including contacts with agencies, local colleges, high schools, and other potential sources. Coordinate and attend Job Fairs with operational hiring managers and other appropriate Elwyn staff to recruit appropriate applicants and build talent pipelines. Implement the posting, advertising, and application process.
ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with ABH hiring managers, candidates, and vendors to effectively meet the organization's talent needs.
Talent Acquisition Planning: Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with Elwyn's organizational goals and objectives.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, evaluating candidates' qualifications and fit with Elwyn's culture.
Offer Extension: Extend offers to selected candidates, providing guidance on salary negotiation and benefits.
Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in human services, healthcare, or education.
Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus.
Passion: A genuine passion for helping individuals with disabilities and a commitment to making a positive impact.Additional Preferred QualificationsCertifications: PHR, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications.
Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting for Adult Behavioral Health Services.
