INSPECTION/FEEDASSOCIATEJOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION:Full Time Hourly Non-ExemptJOB OVERVIEW:MAC.BIDbuys truckloads of customerreturnsand overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The inspection/feed associate prepares and positionsthe productfor the Scan Team. This position reports to the Scan or Big Box Scan Team Lead.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspect inbound product for obvious defects
Categorize each product as Like New, Open Box, or Damaged
Test electronics at a basic level to assess general condition
Move products to the conveyor for the scanners to process
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be available to work onsite Monday Friday 8 hours with a half hour lunch break, hours to bedeterminedby workload and General Manager
Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team lift
Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
Must be tech savvy
Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
