This is a full-time position, Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-close, for someone with 1-2 years BOH experience.

Only previous restaurant cooking experience is required, most important is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for the Spanish language and Mexican cuisine.

Requirements of the Job:
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of back of house (BOH) restaurant experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to problem solve and work gracefully under pressure in a fast paced environment, without sacrificing quality of service.
Ability to receive constructive feedback and adapt accordingly.
An intuitive ability to build strong, positive relationships within diverse groups.
A can-do, team mentality no task is too small, and you’re willing to jump in when needed!
Essential Functions of the Job:
Able to perform all BOH such as prep cook, line cook, dishwashing, food running, etc.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, be positive, polite, and cooperative with co-workers, managers, vendors, and customers
Work for long periods on feet including frequent walking
Repetitive movement such as pushing, pulling, bending, some twisting and stooping
Ability to work onsite a minimum of 40 hours a week
Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends, as required
Up-to-date ServSafe Food Handler’s certification
Safely lift and carry heavy objects up to 50lbs
