The Pennsylvania State University Department of Chemistry is seeking to fill an Academic Program Coordinator - Supportin its Undergraduate Program Office.Duties include the following:

Assist with student registrations (LionPATH);

Provide course assistance, to include: assisting with exams, scheduling conflict exams and proctor assignments; submitting textbook orders; and collecting syllabi;

Assist with course evaluations;

Assist faculty with room reservations (CollegeNet/25Live);

Make supply purchases (Shop OnLion) for the department and reconcile p-cards (SAP Concur);

Greet department visitors and students;

Answer and direct phone calls and e-mailsThis position will serve as a back-up to other academic program staff in the Undergraduate Program Office.This position requires a High School Diploma/GED or Vocational Training/Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.This position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work.
