Qualified individuals should possess a strong attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. This position requires 3-5 years of BOH expierence. Applicants must posses their own knives and tools, and a desire to learn and grow. This position will be exposed to and trained on the stations within the kitchen. In addition to technical skill, the ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability and drive to learn and contribute. The position available will require Friday-Sunday Shifts.
