Small restaurant looking for someone to assist with daily BOH operations. This position will work directly with the co-owner/Chef to execute a from scratch menu that rotates every couple of months. As a very small team we are looking for an individual that is willing to jump in wherever needed. We are looking for someone that is passionate about food and providing high quality service to our guests.
The schedule will be 4 days and roughly 30 hours a week, weekends are a must. Daily shift meal provided, 20% discount on any purchases, and tip pooling.
Daily tasks include:
Prep, assisting on the line, cleaning, dish-washing, putting away orders, and some food running/bussing. We all do a little bit of everything.
Ideal candidates will have 1-2 yrs kitchen experience but willing to train so long as you have a strong desire to learn.
