The Position: We are seeking to fill an Industrial Cleaner position. We are looking for someone to perform heavy-duty tasks in common areas and vacated and occupied units in townhouses, scattered sites, and garden community apartments. The ideal candidate has:
Experience and/or training in the industrial cleaner trade
Valid Washington state driver’s license with an insurable driving record
What will you do?
Routine cleaning of Highrise buildings
Routine cleaning of office spaces, common restrooms, and common gathering spaces
Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, floors, cabinets, and other surfaces in vacated apartments
Perform industrial cleaning in units, including sanitizing unit after deceased body
Clean up after fires in a building or unit.
Strip, seal, and wax floor and renew floor finishes, including base coves
Shampoo carpets and removes stains
Wall wash for occupied paints
Perform work during off hours and on call as necessitated by job or emergency calls
