Purpose: Happy accountants seeking a happy receptionist. Greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, generating invoices, processing payments, and supporting office staff are core responsibilities for our professional office. The receptionist will also perform routine administrative and miscellaneous clerical work.
Responsibilities:
Ability to smile, greet all visitors in professional, friendly and helpful manner
Answer and route phone calls, operate prehistoric fax machines, mail
Maintain tidy reception room, supply room, and kitchen
Open and close office
Schedule appointments for supervisor and staff as needed
Assist with assignments from other departments as needed
Manage and maintain appropriate quantities of office supplies
Qualifications and Abilities:
Maintain professional appearance in dress, hairstyle, and attitude - if you are seeking a casual work atmosphere in dress and appearance please do not apply.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task
Willingness to learn new things and ask questions
5+ yrs Receptionist/Office Administrator experience
Fantastic customer-service skills and effective communication both verbal and written
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word & Excel
