Full job description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily operation of the Quality Assurance team and activities, makes work assignments as needed to meet production and Program Participant needs.
Nonconformance process
Corrective action process
Internal Auditing program
Preventive Action and Continuous Improvements
Departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Supports the Office Manager in maintaining & improving the Quality Management System
Participates in safety and quality investigations and recommends corrective action.
Provides training to Production staff and recommends qualification on specific processes and equipment as identified on qualification matrix.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role
Minimum of 2 years leadership experience
Experience conducting and leading internal audits along with creating audit checklists & schedules.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collectively.
Customer service skills; able to relate well to all customers internal as well as external customers.
