Hiring Part time PAID 2x a month

Must be 21 or older

Must be able to document on your resume 12 months paid or volunteer experience with children.

Must have a RELIABLE, PERSONAL vehicle, that can be used for daily transport of children to and from visits site.

Must be able to pass a DCYF background check

Must have current car insurance

Must present 3 year driving abstract

This position is weekends and on-call. You must be able to train either during the week or at the very least on Fridays. You must be very independent worker.

Job Types: Part-time

Salary:$18.00 per hour/$16.50 while training

Responsibilities:

- Be able to multi task, paper work, electronics, and documentation of your visits.

- Continued education to promote personal growth and development in understanding the complexities of these families.

- Assist with crisis management and intervention as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to create and implement positive interactions for OUR families

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and interactions

Skills:

-CRITICAL THINKER

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques ( Trauma and De escalation)

- Experience working with children or in a childcare setting is a MUST.

As a Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to families in a supervised setting. Your responsibilities will include facilitating thier familiy time, assuring to maintain an emotional and physically safe enviorment for all participants. Following the direction of the courts, stated on the familiy referral. Strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and knowledge of behavioral health principles are essential for success in this role.
