Birmingham’s historic landmark, The Club, is looking for fun, friendly, and energetic individuals to join our team! The Club has been a Birmingham institution for nearly 70 years, with its breathtaking view of the city, unique architecture, and one-of-a kind restaurants and service.
The Club recently finished a major renovation project and we are experiencing large growth. Our goal is excellence through uncompromising service to our members in a caring and respectful manner. Our team provides high levels of service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere to our members with three full service restaurants, bar and lounge, along with a high volume of event activity.
The following are positions we are hiring for:
Banquet Cooks ($11-14/Hr, DOE)
Line Cooks in Casual but Upscale Tapas Type Restaurant ($12-15/HR, DOE)
Line Cook in Fine Dining Restaurant ($12-16/HR, DEO)
Minimum of three years’ experience in high volume kitchen preferred. Any combination of education training or experience, Culinary, or Apprenticeship preferred
Able to manage time wisely and prioritize assignments to meet time restrictions of event REQUIRED
Able to multitask and complete culinary tasks simultaneously
Must be a self-driven cook/chef who is looking to grow their career
Able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays REQUIRED
