A full-time position is available to service the residential customers of an exterior remodeling company. Candidates should be organized, team-oriented, good customer service skills, some computer skills, clean driving/background records, able to multi-task w/ a minimum of one-year construction-oriented background.
Position involves:
1) meeting w/ residential homeowners on pre-scheduled appointments to diagnose and remedy installation and product failures;
2) complete minor repairs;
3) complete warranty paperwork; and 4) keeping detailed records of services completed.
