Perfect part time job for a college student or someone looking to make extra money! I am a real estate investor from California and I will be buying a home (maybe homes) in the Birmingham area that will need renovations. I need someone to be my "boots on the ground" representative. You will meet with my local real estate agent and coordinate with the contractor as the contractor completes the renovation process. Knowledge of real estate and construction would be helpful but not mandatory. You will basically call me and Facetime with me as you supervise the renovation. Salary is negotiable. Bonus included for a job well done! Looking to partner up with someone trustworthy, dependable and reliable. The position may repeat as we continue to renovate homes! It will not be a big time commitment and the pay will be good.
