As a Roofing Sales Specialist with our company, you will be responsible for managing and pursuing sales leads. We will provide you with the tools to succeed, but the limits of your success will be contingent on your own motivation and initiative. This is a full-time commissioned sales position.
Job Responsibilities
Pursue assigned and self-generated roofing leads
Contact leads, schedule appointments, provide estimates
Act as the point of contact for customers throughout construction projects
Communicate with owners and office personnel
Other duties as assigned
Self-motivation and initiative is a MUST
Decision-making skills
Punctuality and commitment to appointments
Ability to generate leads independently
Positive attitude
Qualifications
Must be physically capable and willing to get on a roof
Knowledge of roofing materials
Must have sales experience
Provide a resume with references
Pass a background check
Automobile Insurance (Required)
Driver License (Required)
Pay
$500 per signed contract with a completed roof
$10,000 Bonus offered every quarter if quota is met
1099 at end of year
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and willing to take initiative. We are looking for someone who can commit to appointments and manage multiple leads.
