Job Description
We are currently seeking a Client Account Representative to deliver detailed sales and communications work. This representative will work to ensure the accurate and timely processing of clients’ data.
Salary range: $40000 - $47000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine, detailed sales updates
Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of company products and activities.
Develop customer relationships and provide contacts to the Business Development Team.
Review and analyze sales data.
Resolve consumer and client issues.
Handle inbound and outbound client and customer requests and inquiries.
Establish rapport and trust with the client in a relationship where a counselling approach is required.
Build relationships with B2B clients and cross collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, communication, or related (College or University) preferred.
Able to handle difficult situations in a manner that upholds good business relations
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Comfortable working in a team environment and independently under steady deadline pressure.
Intermediate level proficiency using PC ( G suite, Excel, and Word)
Positive, energetic person with expertise working in the Customer Service.
Possess exceptional organizational and analytical skills to make sure all projects are completed timely.
