Here’s your opportunity to combine your passions for entertainment, media and technology to transform our company and your career.Overall Purpose: Responsible for Management Sales Compensation Consulting support for Internal business unit clients.Key Roles and Responsibilities Client support for compensation matters, design and administration of sales compensation solutions to address business needs.May be responsible for some or all of the following:Conduct job evaluations.
Analyze proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices.
Audit jobs for content and maintain effective job descriptions that reflect primary responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements.
Create or modify job content in systems
Develops and/or participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information for positions to maintain competitive alignment to market.
Formulates recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, FLSA exemptions, job revisions and organizational structures.
Counsels management on the company’s compensation strategy, policies, programs, and communications.
Assists in the development and implementation of compensation programs.
Responsible for administering and interpreting Management Compensation and Sales plans and the related administrative guidelines.
Responsible for sales compensation plan design governance and internal client advisement
May prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, or other key compensation levers.
Experience:2-5 years Management Compensation Experience
Financial analysis
Bachelors of Science/Bachelors of Arts, preferred
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) a plus
Conducting job evaluations
Maintaining and creating job descriptions
Market pricing
FLSA knowledge
Reporting experience
Excel and PowerPoint
