Maxim Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.The case is a Private Duty Nursing case in Daphne, AL. It is with an adult ALS patientwith a G-Tube, Trach and Vent. Hours are: 4:00pm to 9:00pm Pay is $35.00/hr Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) practices.
Current Health Certificate (per facility).
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
