Job Description
- Communicate with technicians from previous shift regarding issues related to aerosol production lines, bottom production, and cupper/body maker.
- Remain current with production schedule and factory order details.
- Comply with requirements of the latest revisions of QA process work procedures.
- Ensure production personnel perform SPC and Quality Procedures properly and accurately.
- Work closely with maintenance personnel and Shift Team leads to ensure quality deviation are corrected, isolated, and documented properly.
- Assist in record keeping and related QMS functions as required.
- Support training of fellow team members as requested.
- Provide quality training to production personnel as requested.
- Establish understanding of DOT 2P/2Q and exemption-specific product specifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in quality control, inspection and/or gauge calibration highly preferred
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess the ability to convey information clearly and work collaboratively well with others
- Flexible to work overtime when necessary
