Blender Operator- 2nd Shift

Purpose of Position:The Blender Operator is responsible for mixing proper ingredients according to formulation to ensure quality wiener emulsion is prepared using proper equipment and procedures. This role works closely with the department supervisors, other department leads and processing team members, in order to accomplish accuracy within the processing department and to ensure that our customers receive quality products.Essential Functions:Operate blender to mix proper ingredients according to formulation to ensure quality wiener emulsion is prepared.Don proper Personal Proctective Equipment.Help maintain and improve quality and food safety, to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements.Must work in safe manner.Other duties, as assigned.
