Job Summary: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE PERSONNEL
Responsibilities and Duties include the following:
Ordering of Parts
Invoicing and maintaining accurate inventory records
Mail sorting and dispersing
Issuing of POs to vendors
Reviewing and closing internal repairs orders in a timely manner
Reviewing monthly statement for accuracy to submit for approval
Assisting with new hire onboarding paperwork to submit to Corporate office
Liaison to outside vendors with question and concerns
Communicate with mechanics
Any other admin duties required by Managers / Directors
Qualification and skills required:
Must have excellent communication skills
Very Reliable
Computer and Typing skills are a MUST
Self-Driven, Organized, and willing to learn.
Knowledge of TWM is a plus
Pay will be discussed at interview depending on qualifications and skills. MTTM is an EOE
