You can help non-native speakers develop their English skills, while sharing fun conversations about hobbies, culture, and experiences. It's relaxing, fun, and meaningful!
Job description:
-All work would be done remotely through internet;
-Your responsibility is to have topic-based conversation with Chinese adult English learners (they are employees in multi-national companies), and correct their mistakes in grammar, vocabulary, sentence structures, etc.;
-Each conversation session is 25 minutes;
-No teaching experience or certificates are required, but a training session is compulsory;
Qualifications:
-Native English speaker;
-Good communication skills, easygoing, patient, and inclusive;
-Have a quiet work space with stable internet connection;
-Willing to help correct Non-native speakers' mistakes in the conversations and help them improve language skills;
Payment
Paid bi-weekly;
The basic hourly payment rate would be assessed and decided by the interview (ranged from $12 to $20);
We have a performance evaluation every 100 sessions (around 40 hours). If you gain high satisfaction rate, we would either raise your hourly payment or give you bonus;
