ECS is seeking an
Advanced Cost Analyst to work in our Huntsville, AL office. Job Description: Assisting in execution off cost estimating functions for the Missile Defense Agency's Command & Control, Battle Management & Communications Program Office in Huntsville, AL. Requires the ability to work within a government/contractor team to resolve issues and present solutions to senior leadership. Main responsibilities include:- Cost estimating and modeling
- Developing/maintaining cost models and incorporating cost risk analysis
- Preparing estimates for changes in technical and/or funding baselines
- Preparing independent government cost estimates for Acquisition Strategy Panels
- Participating in CARD recommendations and engaging in reviews of cost models and data accuracy and adequacy both internally and with OSD CAPE
- Must have a Secret Clearance
- BS/BA in a related field and 10+ years of applicable experience
- MS/MA in a related field and 5+ years of applicable experience
- MS Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- MS/MA in a related field
- Cost estimating experience for a Department of Defense acquisition program office.
- Cost estimating experience with the Missile Defense Agency.
- CCEA certification.
