Teledyne Brown has expertise in systems integration, technology development, hardware design, prototype development, system test and evaluation, advanced manufacturing, performance-based logistics solutions, and operations and maintenancePosition Summary and ResponsibilitiesThe Configuration Management Specialist will coordinate and conduct all Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) activities including data/documentation maintenance, status reporting, configuration control and management of drawings, specifications, digital data, Change Control, and configuration auditsOther responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project specific CM/DM procedures and instructions in compliance with the corporate policies, project requirements and standards.
Develop cost estimates for all CM/DM activities, Work with project management and engineering leads as required.
QualificationsStrongly Preferred:Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering, information management, computer science or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of experiencein CM/DM related activities for majorGovernmentprograms. NDIA (National Defense Industrial Association) Configuration and data management Certification desired but not required.Other Requirements:Working knowledge of CM software such as CM Pro, Omnify or equivalent required.
