Job Summary: Our Global Supply Chain Management team is offering a pivotal role on our diverse and dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to perform all related Supply Chain requirements including supplier development, requirement solicitations, PO award, post-award management, and close-out activities. If you're passionate about what you could accomplish here, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities to Anticipate:Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements (technical as well as quality) to drive flawless supplier execution for RMD programs and projects
Perform subcontract management of high dollar purchase orders utilizing integrated supply chain models in compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements. Primary capabilities in subcontract management such as the following will be needed:
Preparation of all manner of solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, RFI, and IDIQ
Evaluate quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques
Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms)
Execute Purchase Orders of high dollar and medium complexity
Perform risk analysis, and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems
Support travel as needed (less than 10%)
Qualifications We Value:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
Qualifications You Must Have::
Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Finance
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)
Experience with written contractual authorization/vehicles (Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price etc.)
Analysis of Cost and Pricing Data and determining proposal compliance (FAR 15.4)
Experience working with technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review
Familiarity with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
