This is an opportunity to join the Missile Defense Program team of the Strategic Sensor Systems (S3) Product Area as a Program Cost Schedule and Control Analyst supporting the Radar Test Contract (RTC).The RTC contract provides consolidated test planning, test execution, and modeling & simulation for the family of BMDS radars including AN/TPY-2, SBX, UEWR, and Cobra Dane.After Covid-19 travel restrictions are lifted, quarterly business travel to Huntsville, AL or Woburn, MA may be required.The successful candidate will be required to perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that programs are executed within contractually agreed-upon parameters. Candidate will work independently and on several different program tasks concurrently, in a fast paced environment.This position will work with multiple functions and levels within the organization and provide Program Control recommendations and implement solutions.The individual should be dedicated to continued process improvements and the building of efficiencies into all operational aspects of the organization.Primary Responsibilities include:Cost and Schedule reporting and analysis; Earned Value reportingMonthly LRE and Quarterly Development of EAC’sProvide detailed financial analysis for Cross Business Teams (CBT) and Integrated Product Teams (IPT)Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC trackingProcess approved Baseline Change Requests (BCR) and Secondary Work Authorizations (SWA)Month end reconciliationUtilize & share knowledge of the RTN Earned Value Management system process 10255 policy within the program teamRequired Skills / Traits:4 years of related work experienceExperience with EVMS, Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), or EAC ProcessStrong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight and prioritize workloadFollow monthly EV cadence to meet all deliverablesMust be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environmentExperience with SAP accounting system / Standard Business Warehouse reports and/or similar reportsMS Office, including advanced Excel knowledgeDesired Skills / Traits:EVMS audit/surveillance experienceProgram start up/baselining experienceExperience using PMX toolsetSAP APEX EV & wInsight experienceDemonstrated ability to meet critical deadlinesProactive with demonstrated ability to recognize process shortfalls and successfully implement positive changeExcellent communication/presentation skills: oral and writtenAbility to frame and interpret issues for Senior ManagementEarned Value CertificationAbility to obtain a DOD secret security clearancePrevious experience/knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Required Education (including Major):Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field6 years of applicable experience to this job description in lieu of DegreeAll these job responsibilities are to be executed in harmony with Raytheon's Code of Business Ethics and Conduct policy which sets the standard by which we operate and how we treat others168716Raytheon is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
