Job Description: PRIMARY FUNCTIONThe Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high performing talent for our client's Engineering and Information Technology business units.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide full life-cycle technical recruiting, including but not limited to interfacing with hiring managers to create and review requisitions, screen resumes, interview candidates, make recommendations for hire and deliver employment offers

• Follow appropriate approval processes, use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals

• Remain current on the frequent use and knowledge of industry practices, techniques and standards

• Act as a resource to managers and employees in the organization through the staffing process

• Manage current candidate activity in applicant tracking system. Build talent pipeline

• Stay current and knowledgeable on industry trends and performs other duties as assigned

• Play an active role in sourcing and establishing, developing, and engaging with talent pipelines using creative and structured approaches

• Continual strategizing with the Lead in identifying qualified candidates

• Create and ensure positive experiences for candidates

• Continually innovate on new sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates for open position requirements

• Qualify and present potential candidate resumes to clients through approved channels with the goal of adding value to the selection process

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates to ensure compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Maintain timely and effective communications with all partners throughout the recruiting process including communication with candidates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory responsibilities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals

• Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence

• Interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff

• Must always represent the company in a professional manner

• Must be trustworthy will handle confidential / sensitive information routinely

• Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, scanner, printers, etc.

• Ability to follow a process

• Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up

• Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas

• Strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions

• Must be able to communicate issues to management

• Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to goals

• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations

• High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience or 7 years of relevant experience

• In depth familiarity with Information Technology Certifications

• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

• Excellent communication skills
