Job Overview:- The candidate will write aviation avionics code, utilizing MATLAB and Simulink, to develop simulations used to train pilots.
- The candidate will w ork with customer management to understand and then implement, develop, test software to satisfy those requirements.
- Collaborate with team to aid in project goals as well as work independently.
- BS degree in Aero Engineering or zero (0) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. Four (4) years' experience can be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Experience with designing, developing, documenting, and testing application software.
- Familiar with MATLAB and Simulink.
- Task and customer oriented.
- Demonstrated evidence of initiative and self-starter.
- Demonstrated capability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment with flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and team cooperation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance ( US Citizenship required).
