Experienced operations manager needed for the Mobile/Daphne/Saraland Area. Must Have 3-5 years exp. in Janitorial management. Must Have reliable transportation. The duties will be to ensure that all facilities are cleaned correctly and according to the client's instructions or standards. Manager will assign workers to specific chores or areas and handle any complaints the client might have and take steps to ensure the problem does not recur. Will need to prepare work schedules, as well as track employee attendance. Manager will often interview applicants and train new employees. Must be an effective communicator who can explain task to staff, have good time-management skills and be able to prioritize task in a logical manner. Must be able to perform any cleaning chore they might need to handle when assisting or training staff. This position will require flexibility as well as weekend work.
