Must be willing and capable of physical/manual work. Must be able to work in all weather that can range from scorching hot to bitter cold. Not afraid to get wet and dirty. If you have knowledge in exterior commercial maintenance, equipment maintenance (lawn mower, back pack blower), painting, welding, concrete/asphalt work, etc. will be very helpful.
Salary negotiable 10.00 - 14.00 per hour, depends on experience. VALID driver's license REQUIRED.
