We are currently interviewing for a part time to full time Sales Administrator who will assist in helping us to achieve our sales goals. This position plays a valuable role in maintaining our reputation for excellent products and superior customer satisfaction. You will provide support for our sales representatives, ensuring impeccable, all-around customer service. Candidates should be goal-oriented, eager to learn and have a strong knowledge of customer service best practices. Candidate must portray a positive attitude with a bright and cheerful personality.
Duties will include:
Communicates with customers and clients on a daily basis via phone, web chat and e-mail.
Organized and able to process orders/renewals via email or phone.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Clerical skills to provide and update sales and customer records.
Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy in orders and invoices.
Book binding and kit assembly
Checking and processing all returned mail
Answer phones, direct calls as required
Pick up mail, packages from post office daily
Packing and shipping of products
Commitment to staying informed regarding new products and features.
Filing for various departments
Assist in any department
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
B.S .degree in Marketing, Sales, or relevant field preferred.
Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or another relevant role helpful.
2+ years experience in CRM software preferred.
2+ years experience using Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, particularly).
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
May be required to take a basic computer skills test.
