An established property management company is currently looking for a full time Maintenance Technician to work at properties located in Foley and Fairhope.
Must have reliable transportation. Must have 2 years of maintenance experience including plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair, power washing, painting and HVAC. Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
