A well established and fast growing tax office is looking for experienced tax professionals. We are searching for the BEST individuals that are interested in preparing individuals income taxes. We are looking for experienced Tax Preparers, who are self-driven, motivated, professional and interested in increasing clientele. Must have good customer service skills, be team oriented, and have a sales mentality and great networking skills. You must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
Individuals that have some experience BUT have a STRONG DRIVE, MOTIVATED & have potential clientele base to market to; we will TRAIN YOU on company software, products and services will be provided. We have competitive pay rates with bonuses based on productivity.
We offer both Full time and Part time Seasonal opportunities
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing individual tax returns
Gathering and organizing data for tax preparation To prepare income tax return forms for individuals and small businesses:
Reviews financial records, such as prior tax return forms, income statements, and documentation of expenditures to determine forms needed to prepare return.
Interview client to obtain additional information on taxable income, deductible expenses and allowances.
Requirements
Ability to obtain a PTIN through the IRS (A MUST) GREAT customer service skills, Driven & Outgoing a MUST 1 year experience in preparing individual tax returns is a plus (Not necessary) Strong understanding of income tax services Proficient knowledge of Drake or Crosslink software
Willing to market to New potential clients (Marketing is a MUST) Ability to effective organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments on a tight deadline Outstanding interpersonal skills
Our compensation plan is commission based plus BONUS.
PAY is $50 - $100 per each FUNDED TAX RETURN (depends on your clientele) or $8-$10 a hour
We have several options for you to choose from to include; working from our location, setting up mobile services in other businesses, working from home or traveling to your clients.
