Where is the work:This position has been designated as Hybrid. Alabama or Florida PanhandleWhat you will do:· Proactively engages phone customers, taking the initiative to fully understand their needs and provide prompt and effective solutions.· Collaborates with Account Managers and Store Leads to service accounts and drive revenue.· Actively seeks out potential sales opportunities for Account Managers and the store locations, constantly looking for ways to add value for customers.· Boosts sales by maintaining current knowledge of all portfolio offerings and demonstrates technical knowledge to provide customer value propositions. With heavy emphasis on equipment sales(LCU, ductless, residential, etc)· Drives sales by identifying related products or add on extensions needs and making customers aware of product promotions and adding lines to parts orders.· Find best method to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.· Makes outbound calls and provide material to include marketing new products.

Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

What you will bring:

GED or High School Diploma required.

Inside sales, retail, or related experience preferred.

Experience in a fast-paced, customer focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.

Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service even in challenging situations.

Compensation:$40,000 - $50,000 AnnualTotal Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions.
