Our client is currently seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support onsite in Montgomery, AL. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver s license and reliable transportation.Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service interfacing with high-profile client executives onsite
- Familiar with various operating systems (e.g. Windows OS, OSX)
- Manage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution to client scope on IT equipment
- Document efforts, issues, and resolutions, and close cases / tickets daily
- Insight into POS, PC, Printers, Thin Clients, Client, Servers, Network switch equipment
- Occasionally works at heights of 20' to 25', lift equipment training provided
- Complete all assigned projects and tasks
- Minimum 1 to 2+ years of IT support work experience
- A+ Certification - Can become A+ Certified during the project on own time
- OEM Certifications (Dell/Lenovo Etc) a plus
- Apple / Mac Experience
- Experience imaging from Network and USB
- Laptop / Desktop / Printer hardware and software support experience
- Ticketing software experience
- ServiceNOW experience a plus
- Excellent time management and reporting skills
