Home Builder & Remodeler has immediate need for someone who has extensive experience in most or all of these areas, not just 1 or 2:
> Carpentry - install doors, windows, cabinets, trim
> Drywall - hang and/or finish/patch small areas on remodels
> Painting - paint a straight line without painters tape & roll without holidays
> Tile - cutting & laying Durock, ceramic floor tiles & wall tiles
> Minor Plumbing - replacing toilets, sinks, faucets
> Minor Electrical - replacing light fixtures, outlets & switches
> Minor Framing - adding a wall or two or an opening in remodel jobs
> Machine Operator - operating & servicing a Kubota tractor/backhoe/loader
Requirements:
> Must be in good physical shape & able to climb ladders
> Must have your own reliable transportation, no drop-offs
> Must have a valid USA drivers license
> Must have working cell phone on you at all times during the workday
> Must live in the Tri-County area within 30 minutes of the Capitol
This is a local Montgomery job within the Tri-County area, no overnight trips & very little weekend work.
We will train you to build homes as well, so this is a great career move for you, not just a job.
