Role: Senior IT Business Analyst & Project Manager Location: Remote A top-tier global investment bank seeks a seasoned IT business analyst & project manager to drive technology projects in HR and Compliance (and can include other corp areas). The two key areas/projects are International Payroll and Compliance apps for surveillance and archiving. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities This individual will manage and contribute content to all parts of the Software Development Life Cycle, including scoping, planning, requirements, construction/integration, testing, deployment, and training. The ideal candidate will be especially skilled at eliciting business requirements, supported by experience interfacing with senior leadership across the bank. S/he will also have experience vetting vendor products, and experience in implementing and integrating vendor solutions. Essential qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst & Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid project & vendor management skills
- Organized and proactive with strong task management skills
- Exceptional requirements gathering skills: asks probing questions, not just a request taker
- Solid project & vendor management skills
