Seeking legal research help for a specific question of Alabama family law in instance of altering visitation for one child following emancipation of another child when there is long-standing previous visitation history based upon a out-of-state settlement agreement, but Alabama jurisdiction currently applies.
This is anticipated to be a limited, 8-12 hours, research project and confined to a specific case, with potential for additional appellate research work. Ideal applicant would be a current JD candidate with excellent access to legal research resources. Good, short 'side-hustle' project dealing with a real world case!
