This position allows you to utilize your customer service skills by helping direct customers to the correct service advisor, making follow up phone calls, and assisting with daily service drive operations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment we want to hear from you.Duties will include interfacing with customers in person and over the phone, locating the appropriate staff members to assist customers, drive vehicles as needed, assisting service advisors with vehicle check in process, loaner vehicle duties, and making follow up calls to clients.
