The Product Support Technician acts as liaison between bank's end users, customers, software; provides technical support. The ideal candidate has previous banking experience, values the collective success of the team, processes strong communication skills, and has in-depth experience providing customer support by phone.
Salary Product Support Technician I: $19.00/hour minimum
Salary Product Support Technician II: $22.75/hour minimum
Job/salary offer would be commensurate with experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
