Coffee Shop Manager needed for Day shift at newly opening drive up coffee shop. Must have at least 6 months experience with coffee preparation, operation and cleaning of espresso equipment, and customer service. Preference given to applicants with at least 12 months of management or lead experience in the food and service industry.
This position will be responsible for scheduling, hiring, training and management of additional baristas; maintaining inventory, supplies, and coordinating weekly orders/deliveries with suppliers; overseeing customer service, promotions and increasing sales, reconciling cash receipts, and maintaining equipment.
