We are searching for a multitasking rockstar to help us lead our kitchen this summer!
The Lead Kitchen Expo position is key to our dinner service. This person is responsible for conducting the line, managing all tickets, communicating with front of house, garnishing and siding all plates, and maintaining a pulse on the overall smooth operation of the entire kitchen.
This individual will possess a calm and professional demeanor with an eye for detail. They will thrive in a fast paced environment and manage other people effectively. We are a teaching kitchen and we do not tolerate bullying or yelling. Qualified candidates will have a very strong memory, an internal sense of time, and remain cool under pressure.
We will need coverage, at a minimum, on Monday, Thursday & Friday from 330-1130. More hours are available if desired. We offer competitive wages, season bonus, free parking, free shift meals, cross-training, catering hours, and a beautiful working environment.
