Locum or FT job PA/NP as Clinical Operations Director or MD as Medical Director
Single coverage walk-in clinic in Juneau, Alaska is looking for a medical provider to cover 7 days a week clinic along with another provider. There is plenty of specialty back-up in town, ER and EMS less than 5 minutes away and experience in-house provider available by phone. 2-3 years experience required. Willing to train on the job for the right candidate. Patients are a mix of neonates to geriatrics (mostly adults, no OB). We do primary care, urgent care and occupational medicine.
Dexterity with minor surgical procedures and fracture care required.
Initial transportation, lodging, and vehicle provided. Will assist with the medical license application process.
The schedule is currently is 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, however, is flexible.
Juneau in the summer is sports paradise, great fishing, hiking etc.
Pay DOE. No State Income Tax.
