A locally owned and well established business is Looking to fill an upcoming opening for a building maintenance person/ laborer. This position assists with general building maintenance as well as all sorts of odd and ends. Experience helpful but not required for the following areas; painting, drywall repairs, some light electrical, light plumbing, changing filters, cleaning, filling in on occasion for Janitors, plowing, shoveling and maintaining cleanliness in and around the buildings. We do perform certain tasks before and after business hours so flexibility in scheduling is important. A good candidate needs to be motivated, self-driven and reliable. You must be able to pass a background check and have a good driving record. Knowledge of common tools essential and you must be able climb a ladder proficiently.
