Land Surveyor / Boat Operator – Competitive Pay, Great experience, See Alaska

THE COMPANY:
Hughes & Associates is a small surveying business located in Wasilla, Alaska that has been operating for over 30 years. Specializing in hydrographic surveys.
We provide surveys for dredging operations
We conduct condition surveys for the Corps of Engineers
We offer surveys for construction support
THE POSITION:
We are looking for someone who is good with their hands and familiar with driving a boat. Some land surveying experience is a plus but not required. Overtime is required during the construction season. You will learn every aspect there is to collect, edit, produce hydrographic data. With AutoCAD you lean how to display and create maps.

THE LOCATION:
We are in Wasilla, Alaska. Traveling during the construction season will be required. Locations such as Homer, Dillingham and Nome are just some examples of places we survey.
