We are a full service lawn care company in Anchorage and are seeking highly motived individuals to join our team this season. Our company runs a Monday-Thursday work week 10 hour days, leaving you with a 3 day weekend! Spring Schedule is Monday-Saturday. This job includes but isn't limited to using commercial grade mowers, trimmers, blowers, thatchers, raking leaves, bagging leaves, driving a truck and trailer. This could be your chance to work for and grow with a great company. This is a seasonal position but could easily turn into a year round job for the right candidate. CREW MEMBER POSITION REQUIREMENTS ($11-$16)
1+ year experience in lawn care preferred
Good work ethic
Able to lift 60lbs
familiar with lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, thatchers and other various lawn equipment
Able to pass a drug test and background check
Reliable transportation to our shop on the south side each morning
CREW LEADER POSITION REQUIREMENTS ($17-$22)
All requirements for crew member position
2 + full seasons of working for a professional lawn company
Must be able to operate zero turn mowers
Must be able to efficiently run a crew of 2-4 people
Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
