Maintenance technician needed for multiple commercial buildings. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning systems is a plus. Looking for a task oriented self-starter with good troubleshooting skills. Must possess the ability to work independently and have good people skills for interacting with tenants. Candidates must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and basic handyman tools. Must be able to pass drug test/background check. Salary based on experience and abilities.
